“A teaser by” is a “near-dark” chamber, muffled and pulsating. The subtle scent of black rubber and the dense soundscape heighten the presence of two foreign bodies in tension with each other. Two silent volumes that brush against one another in a relationship of close proximity, inviting both a volumetric and emotional crossing. As one moves through, the two iron monoliths reveal themselves as kaleidoscopic mirrored tunnels, where a perspective of rhythmically vibrating neon runs toward brass extrusions focal points and primordial matter that Zucchetti transforms.
“A teaser by” is a tribute to the archetype of the faucet and its original composition, it is a reference to a form that, already conceived, may perhaps manifest as it emerges from the dark chamber.
