ATOLLO is a monochromatic, monolithic furniture system—modular and essential—emerging within a meticulously pared-down space. An atollo, Italian for “atoll”, is aself-contained structure or island, reflecting the installation’s enclosed, elemental nature. A satin partition divides the room, echoing architecture’s textile origins and mirroring the rhythm of the wooden walls that enclose it.

ATOLLO distills simplicity, becoming the sole presence in an anonymous, monochrome interior, inhabited by a landscape of mute objects. At studioutte, everything revolves around the table—a fulcrum of research shaped by refinement and subtraction. The table is the new focolare domestico, an anchor in a space that feels both complete and in flux, on the cusp of becoming architecture.
